The practical terms behind a booking - rates, cancellation, damage, and the law that governs them.
Rates
Rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast for two at Marlin Hotel Dublin. Value-added tax is included at the prevailing rate.
Cancellation
Flexible bookings may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before arrival at three in the afternoon local time. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night. Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable.
Damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the card held on file for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
