Statement
Accessibility.
How we're working to make this website usable by everyone, and what to do if something isn't working for you.
We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the EU's accessibility legislation. That covers things like readable colour contrast, a website that works from a keyboard alone, and content that makes sense to a screen reader - not just how the site looks.
We test this site with both automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and fix issues as we find them. As of September 2026, we're not aware of any outstanding accessibility barriers on this website. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
This website's accessibility is separate from the building's. The Dolphin is a protected Georgian townhouse with no lift - every room is reached by stairs. See our FAQs for the full detail, and please get in touch before booking if you have any concerns about managing stairs.
If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, we want to know. Send us an enquiry describing the problem and the page it's on, and we'll get back to you and look into it.
We aim to respond within one working day.
